Paige Szymanski is the founder of Constantia Law, where she represents businesses and individuals in the decisions and disputes that shape their futures. Her practice combines experience in complex litigation and in-house counsel with a straightforward approach: understand what matters to the client, explain the options clearly, and develop a strategy that makes sense.

Before founding Constantia, Paige practiced at established law firms and served as in-house counsel, advising on corporate governance, real estate, franchise matters, regulatory compliance, and everyday business needs. She has represented closely held businesses, publicly traded companies, investment entities, and individuals through negotiations, arbitrations, and litigation in state and federal courts. That background informs both sides of her practice—helping clients address problems early and advocating for them when disputes arise.

Through Constantia, Paige brings that experience to a more personal attorney-client relationship. Clients work directly with her, whether they need ongoing business counsel, help navigating a civil dispute, or guidance through a probate matter. Her approach accounts for the practical stakes of every legal decision, including cost, timing, relationships, and long-term goals.

Paige earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, and her LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center. Her work has earned recognition from Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Securities Litigation, Super Lawyers Rising Stars, and Michigan Lawyers Weekly, which named her a “Go To Lawyer” for Business Litigation in 2023.
